Snow Caps
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon flavoring (vanilla, mint, etc)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts
Beat eggs, cream of tartar and flavoring to soft peaks, then gradually add in sugar and beat to stiff peaks.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Preheat over to 375° F for 15 minutes. Put in cookies dropped by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Turn oven OFF. Let set overnight.
