Wages start at minimum $7.25 per hour. Evening shifts carry a $5.00 per evening addition to the hourly wage. Annual pay raises are given on merit.
Incentive bonuses are paid semi-annually on increases of inside sales and number of gallons pumped. Vacation time is paid after one year based on the number of hours worked, including part time positions. Various other incentive contests are held throughout the year such as on Customer Loyalty bonus points issued.
